1. Controller

Responsible for data processing on this website: Dominik Vögele Draisstraße 25b4 76461 Muggensturm Germany Email: [email protected]

2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit the website, your browser automatically transmits information (server log files) to our server: IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). In addition, we run our own anonymous reach measurement: page path, referrer domain, language and device type are recorded without cookies; visitors are counted via a daily-rotating, non-traceable hash. IP address and browser identifier are not stored. This reach measurement is activated only after you consent to the "Statistics" category in the privacy dialog; without consent it does not take place. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).

3. Contact / quote form

If you contact us via the quote form, the data you provide (name, email, selected service, message) is stored to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f). Data is deleted once no longer required for the purpose.

4. Appointment booking (Calendly)

We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to book consultations. The data you enter is transmitted to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Details: https://calendly.com/privacy

5. Embedded third-party funnels

For coaching applications and nutrition consulting we link to / embed external providers (Perspective, Foodiary, Everfit, among others). Their privacy policies apply on access. Only data you actively enter there is processed.

6. E-book download & newsletter

When you request a free e-book, we process your name and email address to send you the e-book and – after separate confirmation via the double opt-in procedure – to send updates by email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contract performance for providing the e-book (b). As proof of consent (Art. 7 GDPR) we log the time, IP address and content of your consent. For newsletter delivery and contact management we use Hostinger Reach (Hostinger International Ltd.); your name and email address are transmitted to Hostinger (data processing agreement, Art. 28 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every email.

7. Web analytics with Google Analytics 4

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service of Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and a pseudonymous client ID to analyze how the website is used (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, approximate origin, device type) and aggregates this into pseudonymous usage statistics. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; the IP address is used only briefly to derive an approximate location and is not stored. Transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer relies on the EU Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). The legal basis for using Google Analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept the "Statistics" category in the privacy dialog; without consent no processing by Google Analytics takes place. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. Data retention is limited to 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the cookie settings (button in the Cookie Policy) or by deleting the cookies in your browser. 8. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary local storage (language selection, consent decision). External media (YouTube, Calendly) only load after consent via the privacy dialog. Both our own cookieless reach measurement and Google Analytics (which additionally sets cookies) become active only after you consent to the "Statistics" category. Details and withdrawal option: see the Cookie Policy at /cookie-richtlinie.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
