Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. This website uses NO classic tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is stored in your browser's localStorage – it never leaves your device and is not transmitted to anyone.

2. What we store locally (technically necessary)

bb-consent – your cookie/consent decision (so the dialog does not reappear on every visit). Stored until deleted. lang – your language selection (German/English). Stored until deleted. bb_loaded – remembers within one browser session that the loading animation was already shown. Deleted when the browser is closed. Legal basis: Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. External content (only with consent)

YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) – embedded videos. Only loads once you accept "External media" in the consent dialog or actively click a video. Your IP address is then transmitted to Google; Google may set its own cookies. We use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) – appointment booking calendar. Only loads once you accept "External media" or actively load the calendar by click. Your IP address is then transmitted to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR for transfers to the USA. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Statistics & reach measurement

Reach measurement (only with consent, no cookies): To evaluate site usage we run our own cookieless statistics on our server – no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no data shared with third parties. Visitors are counted via a daily-rotating, non-traceable hash and cannot be individually identified. This measurement becomes active only after you consent to the "Statistics" category in the privacy dialog; without consent it does not take place and you can withdraw it at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent): With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics sets cookies (see below) and uses a pseudonymous identifier (client ID) to produce statistics on how visitors use the website. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; the IP is used only briefly to derive a coarse location and is then discarded. Transfer to Google LLC (USA) is possible. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG); transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR; Google LLC is certified) and additionally on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the cookie settings. Cookies set by Google Analytics: _ga – distinguishes visitors (pseudonymous client ID). Lifetime: 2 years. _ga_7XHT33M28L – keeps session state. Lifetime: 2 years. These cookies are only set after you consent to the "Statistics" category; without consent Google Analytics is not loaded. Beyond this we use no advertising pixels (e.g. Meta pixel) and no fingerprinting. Fonts are served locally from our own server (no connection to Google Fonts).

5. Change or withdraw consent

You can change your decision at any time – via the cookie button at the bottom left of every page or the button below. The consent dialog opens immediately and shows your current selection:
